Professional Development Series - Session #2

 In this session, we discussed negotiation, and how it is an art to change a "win-or-lose" to a "win-win" situation. No matter what position you are, you will need to negotiate with others who are not on your side. We learned to prepare for negotiations, set the bottom line, keep a professional attitude, communicate effectively, and close a deal to our advantage.
